Procedures:

Step 1:

Log in:http://www.gdwbzx.com/Bookingand select English as the language

Step 2:

Click‘make an appointment’

Step 3:

After reading a notice check box‘agree’then click‘next’

Step 4:

Select the date and time that works for you.

Step 5:

Input personal information and click‘next’

Step 6:

Input the verification code you receive via your phone and click‘next’. Then you will receive another SMS confirmation.

Step 7:

Register/confirm your appointment time via either of the following:

（1）SMS confirmation you have received.

（2）Photocopy of the appointment page with your personal information

（3）Cell phone-taken picture of theappointment page with your personal information
